Day 001
This is the very first drawing in The Daily Zoo, a sketchbook that I started on April 1st, 2006 - the one-year anniversary of my leukemia diagnosis. My goal was to draw an animal a day for a year, hoping that it would be a therapeutic way to aid my healing process.
