- Chinchilla, Jacked Around -
Day 695
In the first Daily Zoo I discussed how important humor is to the healing process. The old saying, "Laughter is the best medicine," has withstood the test of time because it is so true. Humor and laughter were great distractions while I was undergoing treatment.
This roughed up chinchilla originated from playing the game Scattergories with my visiting family. Having to start with the letter "J", my dad's "reason for being late to work" was "jacked around." Fits of laughter ensued and it seemed only fitting to work it into The Daily Zoo later that night. |
